State Councilor Dai Bingguo Leaves Beijing for Vietnam to Chair the Fifth Meeting of the Guiding Committee for China-Vietnam Bilateral Cooperation

On September 5, 2011, State Councilor Dai Bingguo left Beijing for a visit to Vietnam. Dai will co-chair the fifth meeting of the Guiding Committee for China-Vietnam Bilateral Cooperation with Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan.
